Floors papered, doorways sealed, tools off your driveway by the end of each day. You get a day-by-day schedule before we start.

Walk-through & warranty
We walk the job with you and fix the punch list before the final payment, not after. Workmanship is warrantied for five years.

The things people ask before they book.
A cabinet and countertop installation in an existing kitchen usually runs 5 to 10 working days. A full remodel with demolition, flooring and backsplash is typically 3 to 5 weeks. Countertops add about 7–10 days on their own because the slab is templated after the cabinets are set, then fabricated off site.
Often, yes. Luxury vinyl and laminate can float over most hard, flat surfaces including tile and hardwood. We still test the subfloor for flatness and moisture first — if it fails, covering it only hides a problem you will pay for twice.
Only for the first morning walk-through and the final walk-through. Most clients give us a key or a lockbox code. You get a photo update at the end of each day either way.
Either. We have trade accounts and can pass the pricing through, or you buy your own and we install it. If you supply the material, we quote labour only and we'll tell you honestly if what you picked is the right product for the room.
